Biochemist from the University of Aveiro, and Master in Food Science and Technology from the University of Minho (UMinho) and the University of Porto (FCUP). Currently I am a PhD student in Food Science, Technology and Nutrition in UMinho, and a FCT fellow student, being my project around the development of food products with incorporation of alternative proteins’ mixtures (edible insects and pulses). The work will be conducted between the Centre of Biological Engineering of UMinho (Supervisor: Professor António Vicente), GreenUPorto (Co-Supervisor: Prof. Luís M. Cunha) and the company Sense Test, Lda. (Co-Supervisor: Ph.D Célia Rocha).
