Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Coimbra Health School. Currently, a Military Dietitian/Nutritionist in Portuguese Air Force and a PhD student in Food Consumption and Nutrition Sciences, developing a research project entitled “Food Consumption, Nutritional Status and Physical Activity in Military”. The project focuses on his major research interests, combining consumer choices and its impact on improving health and human performance.
