Ana Lúcia Lopes is Biological Engineer, by UMinho and Master in Organic Agriculture from ESA Ponte de Lima. Currently, she is developing the FCT-funded research project dedicated to the study of the reproductive biology of Arabidopsis thaliana in the Sexual Plant Reproduction and Development Lab. This project focuses on the functional analysis of genes of arabinogalactanic proteins (AGPs) and cytokinins oxidase-dehydrogenase (CKXs) in the development of ovules and seeds of this model plant.
