Verónica Nogueira is a postdoc researcher at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto, Portugal. She has a PhD in Biology and a MSc degree in Toxicology and Ecotoxicology, from the University of Aveiro. Her main research area has been nanoecotoxicology, soil/water ecotoxicology, wastewater treatment and reuse, waste valorization and sustainable use of residues. She has 11 scientific papers, one book chapter and has presented several works in national and international conferences.
