Graduate in nutrition sciences and PhD in food consumption and nutrition sciences at the Faculty of Food and Nutrition Sciences / Faculty of Sciences of University of Porto. Assistant professor at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. Researcher in the areas of food waste, food service, food consumption and  school food programs.
