PhD in terrestrial ecosystems by the University of Vigo (Spain) (2016). My research was focused on the behaviour of heavy metals in mining, urban and military soils. Since 2016, I started a new research line on the impact of microplastics on terrestrial ecosystems. I am author/co-author of 15 articles in SCI journals (index h of 6), four book chapters and 22 communications for national and international conferences.
