GreenUPorto researcher attends 1st edition of International Course in Sensometry
O curso decorreu nas instalações da ETSI Agronómica, Alimentaria y de Biosistemas, da Universidad Politécnica de Madrid
Throughout the month of September, our researcher Pedro Sousa participated in the 1st edition of the International Course on Sensometry.
The course, organized by the «Asociación Española de Profesionales del Análisis Sensorial», took place at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and aimed to offer trainees the opportunity to learn about new methods of sensory analysis, producing specific and interesting data, of which the professional of this scientific area benefits from analyzing taking into account not only the nature of the data, but also the objective to be achieved with its analysis. An overview of statistical analysis strategies covering standard multivariate methods and multiblock data analysis was also provided.
