Luís Miguel Cunha is a Food Engineer, with a PhD on Biotechnology with specialization on Food Science and Engineering (1999). Associate Professor at FC-UP and Director of the MSc course and Vice-director of the PhD course on Consumer Sciences and Nutrition. Has been developing several R&D projects in collaboration with Industry and Retailing chains, among other stakeholders. Currently, main areas of research deal with the application of fast sensory profiling techniques for food products and on food choice criteria.
